TONY A. SMITH Tony A. Smith, age 75, passed away on Sunday, November, 6, 2011. He was born on October 11, 1936 in Geneva County, Alabama, to Chesley and Nellie Smith. He moved to Milton in 1956 and worked for and retired from Air Products. Tony is preceded in death by both of his parents, his son, Charles K. Smith, and his brother, Joe W. Smith. Survivors include two daughters: Kim Scharfenstine (Dan Nungester) and Toni (Tammy) Wilson (Will Wilson); three grandchildren: Christopher Scharfenstine, Kyle Scharfenstine, and Jay Passman; two brothers: Dewey L. Smith and Thomas (Randy) Smith (Barb Smith); three sisters: Hazel Kelly, Sybil Griffin (Walter) and Judy Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as a very special friend, Inez Kent. Special thanks go out to Covenant Hospice, and the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in the name of Tony A. Smith to Covenant Hospice of NW Florida located at 6479 Caroline Street, Milton, FL 32570. Visitation will be held at Lewis Funeral Home in Milton on Saturday, November 12, 2011, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with the service beginning at 11:00 a.m.
