Warren Hatten

Warren Leroy Hatten, age 85, of Milton, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 8, 2017, in a local hospital. Mr. Hatten was born in Jackson, Ohio, to the late William and Mary Warren Hatten, and resided most of his life in New Jersey. Warren joined the U. S. Army, retiring as a Staff Sergeant after 23 years of service. He then went on to retire from Federal Civil Service. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Milton. He was preceded in death by his daughters, Angel and Mary. Mr. Hatten is survived by his wife of 25 years, Anne Hogle Hatten; two daughters, Deborah (Werner) Groehns and Marie (Jody) Clinard; three sons, William Hatten, Randy (Nora) Hewitt and Rickey Hewitt; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Kaye, Erlene and Marilyn; two brothers, Bill and Ernie; several nieces and nephews; and his special Miss Molly. Funeral Services will be held at 12 noon, Thursday, December 14, 2017, at the First Presbyterian Church of Milton with Evangelist Ward Serig officiating. Visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., prior to the service. Interment will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 18, 2017, at Barrancas National Cemetery, onboard Pensacola Naval Air Station. Memorial Contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Milton, 205 Elmira Street, Milton, FL 32570.
