He is preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, A. Elaine King. He is survived by his three children. Funeral services with be held at 2PM on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at Barrancas National Cemetery with Rev. Ronnie Coleman, officiating. Visitation will be held from 11AM to 12PM same day as service at Lewis Funeral Home Pace Chapel.
