Willie Mae Peterson 1919-2013 Willie Mae Peterson , age 94, born Feb. 2, 1919 left this world at 3 a.m. on April 16, 2013. She was a very proud member of the Eastern Star for many years and loved to participate when younger. Mrs. Peterson was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother and aunt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Freeman L. Peterson; 2 sisters and 1 brother. Mrs. Peterson left behind one daughter, Margie M. (Jack) Cannon; one grandson; two granddaughters; many great and great - great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 12PM on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Lewis Funeral Home Milton Chapel with Rev. Duke Barrow, officiating. Burial to follow in Serenity Gardens. Family will receive friends from 11AM to 12PM prior to services. Lewis Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
