Micah Pittman

Micah Kevin Pittman, 44, of Jacksonville, AL and Milton, FL, passed away on November 14, 2019 in Denmark Township, MN. He was born June 6, 1975 in New Orleans, LA to Leslie K. and Mary Y. Pittman. As a child, the family lived in Slidell and then Pensacola, where Micah enjoyed playing soccer. He graduated from Pensacola Catholic High School. He received a BS in Criminology from Jacksonville State University (AL). Micah was a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity at JSU. He loved all sports and played baseball 3 summers for a team in Julich, Germany. He was a Social Worker in AL before becoming a tugboat mate at Inland Marine and ADM. Micah is preceded in death by his father, Leslie Kevin Pittman. Micah is survived by his daughter, Sierra Pittman and her mother Amy; mother, Mary Pittman; sister, Laura (Justin) Mazzara; brothers, Joel (Irene) Pittman and John (Alexis) Pittman; nieces and nephews: Adelyn and Emily Mazzara, and Cassandra, Tyler, Kevin and Charlie Pittman; and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Memorial service will be held Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until the service begins at 3:00 p.m.
