Jacqueline Wallace Pace, Florida Obituary

Jacqueline Wallace

In the early morning hours on Friday, April 1, 2016, Jacqueline “Jackie” Harris Wallace, 64, of Pace, Florida, was met with open arms of her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ, defeating Cancer, going to her eternal life in heaven. Jackie was a native of Pace, a faithful member of 1st Apostolic Church in Milton. She worked driving buses for ECAT, Pensacola Beach Trolley, and schools for many years, but her favorite job was driving the church buses taking children to church. She always said her claim to fame was having the Blue Angel pilots on her trolley. She had a beautiful voice always singing in the choir, loved to play the keyboard and attend many musical events at local churches. Family and friends will always remember her smile, laugh and her beautiful spirit. She never missed a chance to tell someone about Jesus and give her testimony. You truly could see Jesus through her. She is one of seven children born of Phillip “John” and Eloise Harris, whom preceded her in death along with her brother Leon Harris and her beloved sister “Johnnie” Diamond. Jackie is survived by her daughter Kimberly “Missy” Wallace; granddaughter, Brooke Wallace; and two grandsons, Jordan and Dalton Wallace; sisters, Pam Navarrete, Danice Phillips, Betty Davis, and Kay Kamm; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. A homegoing service will be held in Jackie’s honor at 6:00 p.m., Monday, April 18, 2016, at the First Apostolic Church, 5574 Hwy. 90 W, Milton, with Pastor Webb officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Lewis Funeral Home to help with her arrangements (Lewis Funeral Home, 6405 Hwy 90, Milton, FL 32570; or by phone 850-623-2243.)
