Lynn Susan Froelich Wigton, 66, of Pace, Florida, passed away on Sunday the 17th of March 2019, in Pensacola, Florida. Lynn was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, to John and Louise Froelich, on August 4, 1952. She graduated from Tawas Area High School, Michigan. Lynn then graduated from St. Mary’s College, Rochester, Minnesota, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She married Clarence Wigton on June 25, 1983, in Knob Noster, Missouri, and worked as a nurse her entire adult life. Lynn was a member of First United Methodist Church of Pace. Lynn is preceded in death by her father, John; mother, Louise; and her older brother, Mark. Lynn is survived by her husband of 36 years, Clarence Wigton of Pace, Florida; son, John (Wende) Wigton of Covington, Georgia; daughter, Danielle (Greg) Baker of Pace, Florida; step-son, Brad (Tiffany) Wigton of Lakeville, Minnesota; her brother, Kurt (DeeAnn) Froelich of Melissa, Texas; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, March 23, 2019, at the First United Methodist Church of Pace with Pastor Mark Lilly officiating. Visitation will be held 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., prior to the service. Lewis Funeral Home of Milton, Florida, has been entrusted with arrangements. Lynn’s family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Wei, Nurses Kayla Carly and Rachel of West Florida Hospital ICU; and to Dr. Samii and Nurse Monique of Select Specialty Hospital, for the love and care given to their wife, mother and sister during this time of illness.
