Richard Shane “Ricky” Williamson, 66, of Pace, Florida, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, March 20, 2019. Ricky was born in Pensacola, Florida. He was the youngest son of six children, born to Charlie J. “Willie” and Dorothy L. Williamson. After graduating from Milton High School, he went to work at Williamson Electric Company (Butler Electric), where he became one of the best electricians in Northwest Florida. He is preceded in death by his father, Charlie J. Williamson; and two brothers, Jimmy and Wayne Williamson. Ricky is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Mona Gay Williamson, of Topeka, Kansas; his mother, Dorothy L. Williamson; two sisters, Donna Williamson and Diane Straughn; one brother, Al Williamson; two daughters, Deedra Lee Ellis and Deana Fuller; and four sons, Shane (Jill) Williamson, C. W. Scheibe, Dustin (Leigh) Scheibe, and Jamison Scheibe; ten grandchildren, Taylor Carter, Daphnie (Jay) Ellis, K. Dakota-Shane (Nicole) Ellis, Drake Ellis, Dawson Fuller, Mason Fuller, Mckenzie Scheibe, Adian Scheibe, Garrett Scheibe, Christian Scheibe and Daylin Williamson; and one great-grandchild, Morgan Love Owsley, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. – 6:00p.m. for family; and from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. for the public, Friday, March 22, 2019, at Lewis Funeral Home, Pace Chapel. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 23, 2019, at Pensacola Memorial Gardens (7433 Pine Forest Rd, Pensacola, FL 32526.) Pallbearers will be Ervin Nelson, Billy Simmons, Kenny Nelson, Todd Norris, Curtis Smith, and Stacy Kimmons. Honorary Pallbearers are Bobby Cooke and Jerry Stokes.
