Vickie Baker

Vickie Lynn Baker, 46, of Milton, Florida, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2016. Vickie was born December 9, 1969, in Boulder, Colorado, to Polly Etheridge Holland. She met Guy Baker, the love of her life in the summer of 1989, and they were married on May 14, 2004, in Milton, Florida. They were blessed to spend 27 happy years together. Her dedication to helping people began in 2000 with Bay Transportation driving patients to and from doctor appointments which resulted in her working with Davita Dialysis personally working with patients the past 12 years. "Sunshine", as she was affectionately known as by her coworkers and patients, was a true friend and loved by each of them. Vickie is preceded in death by her dad, Carol Walker; and her daughter, Natasha Madden. Vickie is survived by her mom and step-dad, Polly and Edsel Holland; her husband, Guy Baker; her son, Brandon (Cassie) Chavers; her daughter, April (Justin) Eldridge; four grandchildren, Kadence Chavers, Brantley Eldridge, McKenzie Eldridge and Dawson Chavers; four brothers, Danny Madden, Gary Madden, Lee (Melissa) Madden, and Terry (Jeanette) Madden; one sister Emily (Chris) Burnham and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, November 12, 2016, at Lewis Funeral Home, Pace Chapel. Visitation will be held 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m., prior to the services.
