Born in Teague, Texas, she resided in Putnam County for the past 5 years coming from South Carolina. Billye had worked as a secretary with a Utilities Company in Texas. She was a Baptist. Billye loved flowers and also enjoyed scenic trips and traveling in the Mountains. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, James Orand of Palatka, a son, Michael Orand of Palatka, a sister, Joan Grounds of Fairfield, TX and 2 grandchildren, J.T. Orand and Miranda Orand of Tallahassee. No services are scheduled at this time.
