John Joseph Moffett, 86, of Umatilla, FL passed away on September 27, 2019. He was born on April 17, 1933 in St. Louis, MO. John was a carpenter in the construction industry. He is survived by his wife of 64 years Portia Moffett; daughters: Cheryl (Kevin) Sease, Karen Moffett and Loretta Moffett; grandchildren: Candice (Danny) Amat, Megan Vincent, Heather (Matt) Jimenez, Bailey Rosenbalm and Corey Sease; great grandchildren: Brooklyn Jimenez, Palmer Jimenez, Sophia Burkett, Cameron Amat, William Amat, Park Jimenez, Anna Amat and Scarlett Burkett. He was preceded in death by his son John Joseph Moffett Jr. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 11:30AM at the Beyers Funeral Home Chapel in Umatilla.
