Martin Householder

Mr. Martin Everett Householder, 73, of Albany, passed away, Friday, June 28, 2013 at his home. Services honoring the life of Mr. Householder will be conducted at 6:00 PM, Tuesday, July 2, 2013, in the Chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. The Reverend Ralph Horne will officiate. Born October 6, 1939 in Dexter, ME, Mr. Householder was the son of the late Malcom Householder and the late Mamie Heath. He served our county and retired from the United States Air Force. He also worked for many years at Cooper Tire and Morningside of Albany Assistant Living. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. In addition to his parents, Mr. Householder was preceded in death by his loving wife of fifty-one years, Peggy Householder and son, Kenny Householder. Survivors include his son, Michael K. Householder of Albany; daughter, Pennie Householder of Albany; brother, Thomas Emory of Worth County and sister, Jewell Hicks of Leesburg; grandchildren, Alex Householder, Joshua and Anthony Householder, Adam and Zachary Kovaly. The family will receive friends following the service at Hall and Hall Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the charity of your choice.
