Julia Faye Vermillion, 71, died on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Assured Hospice in Cartersville. A huge animal lover; she was born on April 24, 1948 in Pelham, Alabama she was the daughter of the late William Horace Dennis and the late Mary Miriam Chandler. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Craig M. Vermillion; her daughters, Gina Sanders, and Rhonda Blackwell; and her sister, Dessa Brown. Survivors include her son, Dale Holley; her daughter-in-love, Virginia Holley; her grandchildren, Victoria Reeder, Brittany Holley, Tiffany Holley, Morgan Green, Joshua Green, and others; many great-grandchildren; her sister and brother-in-law, Mary & Timothy Richter; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2020 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Reverend Ronnie Richardson and Reverend Lane Vrooman officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service. Serving as pallbearers will be Richie Seckinger, Dennis Archer, Johnny Gentry, Trevor Mooney, Tyler Wilkinson, and Richard Reeder.
