Nellie Sue Chandler, 79, of Cartersville passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at her residence. Born in Canton on January 1, 1940 she was the daughter of John Wheeler and Gertrude Wheeler. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Turner; and her grandson, Jeffery Turner. Survivors include her husband, Lonnie Chandler; her daughter, Donna (Clarence) Mills; her stepdaughter, Sheri (Tony) Lowe; her sister, Beulah Miller; her grandchildren, Charles Bagley, Richard Bagley, David Turner, and Shanna Noble; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at Cartersville First Baptist Church with Reverend Kyle Walker officiating. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2019 at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
