Ronald Paul Brock, 63, of Cartersville passed away on Sunday, June 23. 2019 at his residence. Born on September 6, 1955 in Rome, GA Ronnie was a crane operator at Trinity Rail until his retirement. He was a member of Armuchee Baptist Church. He loved to ride his motorcycle and listen to classic rock music. Until the decline of his health, he was an avid runner who often ran 40 to 50 miles a week. Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus Brock, and Jean Spradley Brock; and his brothers, Reynolds Moore, and Eddie Brock. Survivors include his wife, Lynne Brock; his children, Jeremiah Brock, and his fiancé, Lindsey Thomas; Stephanie & Kenny Woodard, Kathy & Jason Childers, Forrest & Becky Leachman, Wendy & Brad Ponder, and Bridget & David Gilstrap; 11 grandchildren; and his siblings, Cheryl & Charles Terry, and Dennis Brock. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Zion Hill Baptist Church with Reverend Forrest Leachman, and Reverend Kenny Woodard officiating.
