Mr. Wallace James Alexander, 78, of White, died on Friday, September 13, 2019 at his residence. Born on March 24, 1941 in Cartersville, Georgia, he was the son of the late William James Alexander Jr., and Dolly Branton Alexander. Mr. Alexander enjoyed working on cars, riding on back roads, and helping other people. He retired from Lockheed Martin after 11 years, and then retired from Crest Autoparts, after 40 years of service. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Hilda Jean Heath Alexander; his sister, Billie Easter Hale; and his brother, Thomas Earl Alexander. Survivors include his daughter, Jamie Alexander Walker (Steve) of Cartersville; his sons, Michael Alexander of Emerson, John Alexander (Linda) of Bradyville, Tennessee, William Alexander (Melissa) of Bradyville, Tennessee; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
