Lisa Gail Bland Wertz, age 48 of Toccoa, passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020. Born in Tampa, Florida on August 17, 1972, she was a daughter of Verna Howard Adams of Tampa, Florida and the late James Bland. She was employed with Bed, Bath and Beyond. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Wertz; fiancé, Jonathan Paul Waters; step-father, Ronald Adams; grandmother, Etheridge Howard. In addition to her mother, surviving are her daughters and a son-in-law, Christina & Dylan Loggins of Cleveland as well as Seranty Brown of Cleveland; 4 granddaughters, Avagail, Leela, Ezabella and Kaylee; fiancé, Coty Adams of Toccoa; brother, Steven Harper of Tampa, Florida; sister, Melissa Bland of Toccoa; as well as nieces and nephews and several other loved ones.
