Lynn Hulsey

Lynn Hulsey, age, 64, of Cornelia, passed away Wednesday, December 07, 2011 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Born in White County on September 23, 1947, he was the son of the late Brookton and Pauline Sosebee Hulsey. Mr. Hulsey was a member of Skitts Mountain Baptist Church and owner and operator of Hulsey Propane Transport, Inc. Lynn was a loving and dedicated husband, father and grandfather. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Donald B. Hulsey and Thomas Larry Hulsey; brother-in-law, Keith Alexander; niece, Libby Alexander. Surviving are his wife Carol Christopher Hulsey of the home; sons and daughters-in-laws, Alan and Denese Hulsey, Chris and Misty Hulsey all of Cornelia; brothers and sisters -in-laws, Faye Lance and Jeanne Hulsey of Cleveland, Reginal Dane and Flonie Hulsey of Cornelia; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Joyce and J.B. Freeman of Cornelia; sister-in-law, Sandra Alexander of Cleveland; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, David and Dianne Christopher of Cornelia; grandchildren, Wesley Hulsey, Abby Hulsey and Christy Hulsey; special niece and nephew, Katie Shockley and Matthew Christopher; 10 nieces and 9 nephews. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, December 10, 2011 from Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Purcell, Rev. Paul Morris officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Roy Lee Mitchell officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-4 & 6-8 pm on Friday. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to: Libby Alexander Scholarship Fund, 136 Warrior Path, Cleveland, Georgia 30528.
