Charles Rodney Cash, 46, of Dawsonville passed away peacefully on Friday June 26, 2009 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a period of declining health. Mr. Cash had lived in Dawson County for over 20 years and loved woodworking, gardening and was an avid fisherman. He was preceded in death by his mother, Gail Cash, and grandparents, Lee and Ellie Cash, Hannibal Stephens and Pauline Duren. Surviving are his father, Charles L. Cash, Dawsonville; sisters and brothers in law, Cindy and Levon DeLee, Cardwell, Missouri, Debra and Wayne Houseman, Cardwell, Missouri, Shelia Jenkins, Dawsonville, Anita and Ronald Castleberry, Dawsonville. A number of nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. Funeral services will be held Saturday June 27, 2009 at 4 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Mark Biddy will officiate.
