Chelsea Gerrish

Chelsea Antionette Gerrish, 20, of Dawsonville passed away Friday October 11, 2013. Born March 16, 1993 in Somers Point, New Jersey, she had lived in Dawsonville (Forsyth County) since 2005. A 2011 graduate of North Forsyth High School, she was employed by U-Haul in Oakwood and the Tilted Kilt in Suwanee. Chelsea was an aspiring model and for the past year she worked with Trent Chau Photography building her professional portfolio. She possessed an affection for reptiles and amphibians and kept several as pets. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ted and Antionette Gerrish. Chelsea was a loving mother to her son, Aiden; and is also survived by her parents, Tony and Donna Gerrish, Dawsonville; sisters and brother in law, Lianna and Anthony Angrisani, Jackson, NJ, Olivia Gerrish, Dawsonville; grandparents, Jim and Sandy Towns, Gainesville; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be held Wednesday October 16, 2013 at 11 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Ricky Stepp will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 3 until 8 at the funeral home.
