Eston Chastain Obituary

Eston Chastain, 79, of Cumming passed away Thursday, November 7, 2013 at Chestnut Ridge Nursing Center following a period of declining health. Born January 26, 1934 in Dawsonville to the late Willard and Mattie Chastain, he had been a resident of Forsyth County for most of his life. Affectionately known as “Pee-Wee The Hubcap Man”, he ran his flea market at the intersection of Bottoms Road and Georgia 400 for many years. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Eva Lou Daniels and Altha Garner. Surviving are his brother and sister in law, Marlen and Geneva Chastain, Dardanelle, Arkansas; brother in law, Junior Daniels, Dawsonville; nieces, Angie and Kenneth Kinsey, Ellijay, Kathie and Ronald Barrett, Hiawassee; nephews, Dennis and Laura Daniels, Dawsonville, Neal Daniels, Macon, Jeff Daniels, Dawsonville; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 9, 2013 at 2 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dennis Daniels and Rev. Ronald Barrett will officiate. Interment will follow in the Juno Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 3 until 9 at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed at www.beardenfuneralhome.com.
