Martha M. Little

Martha M. Little, 79, of Dawsonville passed away Wednesday February 28, 2018 at The Oaks at Hampton following a period of declining health. Born March 6, 1938 in Rutherfordton, North Carolina, she had lived in Dawson County for the past 17 years having moved from Cleveland, Tennessee. Mrs. Little was a retired real estate agent and was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Gainesville. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed gardening, bird watching, was an avid golfer and enjoyed cooking. Surviving are her husband of 60 years, Henry Little, Dawsonville; son and daughter in law, Hank and Danette Little, Dawsonville; and grandchildren, Lee Little and Neal Little. Memorial services will be held Sunday March 4, 2018 at 2 o’clock at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Gainesville with Pastor Zach Hoffman officiating. Interment will be held in Catawba Memorial Park in Hickory, North Carolina. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Georgia Chapter, 922 East Morris Street, Dalton, GA 30721. Condolences may be expressed at www.beardenfuneralhome.com.
