Mary Louise Mulherin McCoy, 84, of Dawsonville passed away Wednesday March 23, 2011 following an extended illness. Born March 1, 1927 in Augusta, Georgia to the late Joseph Augustus Mulherin and Helen Redding, she had lived in Dawson County for 11 years.  Mrs. McCoy was a retired RN and attended Christ Redeemer Catholic Church and the First Baptist Church of Dawsonville.  A beloved mother and grandmother, Mrs. McCoy is survived by her sons, Tom McCoy Jr., Dawsonville, Michael Mulherin McCoy, Dawsonville; granddaughter, Brittany Rae McCoy, Dawsonville; and many other relatives. The family will hold private memorial services. Memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Dawsonville.  P.O. Box 1358, Dawsonville, GA 30534.
