Mrs. Annie Mae Vernon Harbin, age 83 of 92 Harbin Road, Hartwell, Ga., went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Hartwell Health and Rehab with her family by her side. Born July 22, 1933 in Franklin County, she was the daughter of the late Frank Vernon and Addie Howell Vernon. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Carnesville. She loved flowers, word puzzles and spoiling her family. She is survived by: her husband of 68 years, Julian Lee Harbin of the home, sons, Vernon L. Harbin, James Robert Harbin and Jerry L. Harbin of Harwell, Ga., daughter, Debbie Harbin Owens of Hartwell, siblings, Willene Vernon Ayers of Toccoa, Ga., Brenda Vernon Pritchett of Carnesville, Ga., and Jimmy Forester of Carnesville, Ga. Eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by; her parents, siblings, Frances Taylor, Jerry Vernon and Howell Vernon. Funeral services celebrating her life will be held on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Three o'clock p.m. in the chapel of Coile-Hall-Spagnoli Funeral Home with Rev. J. Duane Hall, Jr., and Mr. Jimmy Forester officiating. Burial will be in the Memorial Garden of Prayer. The body is at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday evening. The family will be at the home. Memorials may be made to help defray funeral expenses or to Hart County Botanical Gardens. Coile-Hall-Spagnoli Funeral Home, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell will be serving the Harbin family.
