Bobby Jones

Mr. Bobby Leo Jones age 71 of 690 S. Leard Street in Hartwell, Ga., went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at Hospice of the Upstate, Anderson, S.C. He was born June 1, 1946 and was the son of the late David Judson "DJ" Jones and Willie Mae "Hill" Jones. He was the owner/Operator of G&B Lawn Care and a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. He is survived by: his wife, Gail Dove Jones of the home, siblings, Faye Jones Craft and her husband Glenn of Anderson, S.C., Becky White and her husband, Wesley, Bonnie Jones, Todd Jones and his wife, Pam and Mark Jones all of Hartwell. She was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Jimmy Jones and Evelyn Human. It was Bobby's wishes to be cremated and memorial services will be held on Sunday, August 6, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. from Tabernacle Baptist Church. Rev. Randall Starrett and Rev. Johnny Stowe will officiate. The family will receive friends from 3:30 -4:30 prior to the service at the church.
