Mr. Charles Edwin "Robie" Robinson, age 88 of Eagle Grove School Road, Canon, Ga., went to be with his Lord on Friday, October 11, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 9, 1931 in Lagrange, Ga., to the late Caubert Robinson and Ella Lavada Ward Robinson. Charles was a barber most of his life and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a member of New Life Baptist Church. Survivors include; his wife, Margie Andrews Robinson of the home, son, Rev. Charles Barry and Marleen Robinson of Anderson, S.C., daughter, Andrea R. and Don Breg of Canon, Ga., siblings, Wyolene Breazele of Decatur, Ga., and Jessie Robinson of Chicago, IL. Grandchildren, Charles Martin Robinson, Joshua (Stephanie) Breg, Amanda (Eduardo) Pena, Philip (Lina) Robinson, great-grandchildren, Lailana Breg, Amarise Pena, Kamin Breg, Malachi Breg and Ariella Pena. Funeral services celebrating the life of Charles Robinson will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at Two o'clock from the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. Rev. Joe Hughes, Rev. Lee Smith, Rev. Barry Robinson and Rev. Byron Snellings will officiate. At his request cremation will follow the service. The body is at the funeral home where the family will receive friends Monday evening 6-8 p.m. The family will be at the home. Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E.
