Mr. Christopher Paul Goltz, age 59 of 375 Old Mt. Olivet Road, Hartwell, Ga., passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at St. Mary's Sacred Heart Hospital, Lavonia, Ga. Born February 8, 1956 in Atlanta, Ga., he was an Electrical Engineer with Siemens Industries and a member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church and the NRA He is survived by: his father, Raymond Goltz, his step mother, Betty Goltz, his wife, Terry Lea Morris Goltz, children, Jennifer Goltz, Kristin Goltz, Jamie McLane, Joshua Carver, his brother, Raymond "BooBoo" Goltz, Jr., grandchildren, Kaden McLane, Kage McLane and Catherine Carver. He was preceded in death by his mother, Howardean Leathers Goltz and step-father, Bill Leathers . Services celebrating the life of Christopher Goltz will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Two O'Clock p.m. at the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. Rev. Jason Webb will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
