Ms. Frances Louise Smith Martin, age 87, of Laurel Drive in Hartwell, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Hart Care Center. She was born on April 8, 1932 in Anderson, S.C., to the late L.B. Smith and Inez Blackwell Smith. Mrs. Martin was a waitress and cook and of the Holiness faith. She is survived by; children, Kenneth Martin, Sharon Martin and Gail (Malcom) Partain all of Hartwell. Eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Doyle Martin, son, Jimmy Martin, sisters, Pat Roach and Faye Baker Funeral services celebrating the life of Frances Martin will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Two o'clock in the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors with Rev. Cory Pulliam officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Garden of Prayer. A visitation will be held 1-2 p.m. on Thursday just prior to the service at the funeral home.
