Mrs. Gwendolyn "Gwen" Neal Starks Waller, age 75 of Providence Point in Hartwell, passed peacefully on Friday, Nov. 29, 2019 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on August 13, 1944 in Hartwell to the late Dick Starks and Lizzie Rucker Starks. Gwen was a graduate of Brenau University with a bachelors in business, she had a 34 year career as a para-professional at Hartwell Elementary. She was a member of St. John's CME Church. She is survived by; children, Bernard (Angela) Starks and Jawauna Waller all of Hartwell, Ga. Two step-grandchildren, Bree Berlin and Dustin Bailey. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Vanna Waller, Jr. The family will hold a gathering of friends on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 from 5-7 p.m. at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. The family will be at their respective homes and respectfully ask that there be no food delivered to the home. Their will be no formal services. "You're Forever in My Heart" For all you were to me in life and all the joy you brought, your memory is with me in every single thought. The pain I felt at losing you will never go away, but knowing that you're in my heart helps me through each day. When you were here I always felt that nothing could go wrong, but you're still my inspiration and your memory keeps me strong. And though my heart is heavy it's also full of love, and that's enough to comfort me while you're in Heaven above. Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E.
