Mr. Herman W. Ayers, age 64 of Gulley Road, Toccoa, Ga., went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Hart Care Center with his family by his side.

He was born on January 9, 1951 in Royston, Ga., to the late W.B. "Bell" Ayers and Evelyn V. Hilley Ayers. He was retired from the textile industry and a mechanic. He was a member of Milltown Baptist Church.

He is survived by; daughter, Sherri Rohn and,son, Kenneth Ayers both of Carnesville, Ga., siblings, Dianne Pointer and Martha Jean Hill of Hartwell, Ga., and Larry Ayers of Bowersville, Ga., Eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents, and granddaughter, Destiny Rohn.

Services celebrating the life of Herman W. Ayers will be held on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at Three O'Clock p.m. from the Chapel of Coile-Hall-Spagnoli Funeral Home. Rev. Johnny Stowe, Mr. Fred Greenway and Mr. Thomas Jordan officiating. Burial will be at Milltown Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1-3 p.m. prior to the service Sunday afternoon. The family will be at the home of Marvin and Martha Jean Hill, 17 Oaktree Lane, Hartwell, GA 30643. Coile-Hall-Spagnoli Funeral Home of Hartwell will be in charge.
