Joseph Ventimiglia

Mr. Joseph Ventimiglia, age 83, of 890 Smith McGee Highway, Hartwell, Ga., passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born August 19, 1932 in Brooklyn, N.Y. He was the son of the late Matteo Ventimiglia and Sarah Brownstein Ventimiglia. He was a retired plumbing contractor and of the Jehovah's Witness Faith. Mr. Ventimiglia was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in the Korean War Conflict. He is survived by; his wife, Vivian Mercedes Medina Ventimiglia of the home, sons, Dr. Steven R.P. Ventimiglia and Michael A. Ventimiglia both of Woodstock, Ga., Joseph M. Ventimiglia of Cumming, Ga., Matthew Ventimiglia, daughters, Tracey D. Ventimiglia Anderson of Highland Hills, N.Y., and Maria Ventimiglia and sister, Rosemary Harvey as well as eight grandchildren also survive. The family will hold a memorial gathering, for family and close friends, to honor the life of Joseph Ventimiglia on Friday, October 2, 2015 from 11 - 3 O'clock p.m. at the Cateechee Golf Club, 140 Cateechee Trail, Hartwell, GA 30643. Coile-Hall-Spagnoli Funeral Home of Hartwell will be in charge of all the arrangements for Mr. Joseph Ventimiglia. Online condolences may be sent by visiting www.chsfuneralhome.com
