Mr. Kevin Dale Feltman, age 53 of Starr, S.C. and formerly of Hartwell, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2020 at AnMed Health. He was born May 10, 1967 in Anderson S.C to the late Dale Feltman and Eleanor Reid Feltman. He was a brick mason in the construction business and a member of Flat Shoals Baptist Church. In the 90's, he participated in Team Pinning and won a National Championship. Mr. Feltman is survived by his friend; Sheila Kilgore, sister; Dona (Tim) Sanders of Hartwell, GA., and Brother- in-law; Sean Burdette; Nephews, Austin (Kelcie) Sanders, Tanner (Selina) Sanders and Niece, Alexandria Burdette. He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister; Tara Burdette.
