Mr. John Patrick "Pat" Wright age 61 of Mt. Olivet Road, Hartwell, Ga., went to be with Jesus early Thursday morning at his home surrounded by his family. He was born September 20, 1958 in Corpus Christi, TX to the late William B. Wright and Anna Ruth Kerley Wright. He was a corrections officer with Whitworth Detention Center. He lived a great life, loved his family and friends. Pat was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. He is survived by; his wife, Kimmie Chatham Wright, children, Stacy Williams, Merridian, MS., John P. Wright, MS., Timothy Wright, Hartwell, Ga., Zachary Cody, Hartwell, Ga., and Kristen Cody, Hartwell, Ga., siblings, Charles (Katherine) Wright, Hartwell, Ga., and William G. Wright, Daleville, MS. Seven grandchildren also survive. Celebration of Life Services for Pat will held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Two o'clock from the fellowship hall of Cornerstone Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Meeks, Rev. Duane Hall and family and friends speaking. A private green burial was held at Ramsey Creek Preserve in Westminster, SC Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E.
