Frank Richard “Ricky” Gaines, age 63, of Shelbyville, TN, passed from this life suddenly Friday, September 18, 2020, at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. Born July 24, 1957, in Hartwell, GA, he was the son of the late Frank William & Mayola Lawrence Gaines and is preceded in death by his wife, Debby Stout Gaines. Ricky worked as an account manager for Southwestern Sales Company, and was member of Calvary Baptist Church. He is survived by his two children: Scott Gregory Gaines of Murfreesboro, and Deana Gaines of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Patricia (Curtis) Parker of Winterville, GA, Brenda (Dean) Carruth of Hartwell, GA, and Connie Eaves of Hartwell, GA; also several nieces and nephews.
