Mrs. Sarah Minnie Hill Martin, age 70 a resident of Hartwell, Ga., went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 25, 2020 at AnMed Health. She was born October 13, 1950 in Lincolnton, GA to the late John Hill and Minnie Tutt Hill. She was a member of Ruckers Grove Baptist Church and the church choir. She retired from the garment industry. She is survived by her spouse; Dennis Martin, children; Sharon Johnson of Hartwell, GA. and Jennifer Martin of Hartwell, GA., siblings; Virginia Padgett, Calvin Hill, Ellen Parks, Linda Knox, Gloria Hill, grandchildren; Camron Donald, Janasja Donald and Myreisha Grant. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings; Mary Wall and Bobby Hill. Funeral services for Mrs. Martin will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at one o'clock in the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors with Rev. Bobby Berryman officiating. Burial will follow in the Ruckers Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the service will be limited to 75 people. Social distancing and face coverings are recommended. The body is at the funeral home and will lie in state Thursday, December 31, 2020 from 10-5pm for those that wish to pay their respects.
