Billy Davis

Billy C. Davis, 7/12/1952 – 01/11/2020 67 years old went to Glory from University of Florida Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. He was the adopted son of Earl and Lila Bell Hulett Davis who preceded him in death. He graduated from Telfair County High School and was a great adventurer in the sea of life. He ventured to many states and touched many people in his travels with his caring personality. He settled in Lake City, Florida and started a small delivery business and became the pastor of The Apostolic Assembly located in Wellborn, Florida. Billy has many friends who have express their love and gratefulness to have him as a part of their life and of the great loss they feel with his passing. Billy is survived by Brothers; Ernest Cobb (Terri), Delmar, Iowa, Johnny Davis, Hinesville, Sisters; Rita Sapp (Comer),Hazlehurst, Judy Kaye Coultry (Joe),Cleveland, Tn, Sallie Kinnion (James), Baxley; his Beautiful Nephews and Nieces, many Wonderful Cousins; and all of his Brothers and Sisters in Christ. The service will be conducted by Brother Hugh Crow a longtime friend and mentor and Brother Allen Hullett. The viewing will be Saturday, January 18th from 09:30 until 11AM in the Chapel of Lowe’s Funeral Home with the service starting at 11AM in the Chapel of Lowe’s Funeral Home in Helena with interment following in the Telfair Memorial Gardens . The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to: Shriners Hospitals for Children Attn: Office of Development, 2900 N.
