Dr. Dennis Rodgers is survived by his wife of 22 years, Dorothy Ann Rodgers; ten children, Robert Harvey of Madison, IL, Annie Ruth Williams of ESL, IL, Lorna (Quentin) Berry of Water Valley, MS, Rev. Nelson Rodgers of Collinsville, IL, Barry Rodgers of Collinsville, IL, David (Paul) Rodgers of St. Louis, MO, Dennis Edward (Dierdre) Rodgers of O’Fallon, IL, Oscar (Kiera) Jenkins of St Louis, MO, Verneda (Arnold) Williams of East St. Louis, IL; twenty-one grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great- grandchildren; seven god-children, Minister Marilyn Newman, Anthony “Chris” Almon, Brion Wingham, TaNasha Paige, Ebony Harris, Cierra and Kierra Wilburn; five sisters-in-law, Dorothy Rodgers, Josephine Rodgers, Vernice (Rory) Watson, Kathy Chandler, and Priscilla (Thomas) Merriweather; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
