Richard Wayne Simpson, 64, August 3, 2012, lifetime Chicago area resident, of Dolton, preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur C. and Charlotte Ann Reese Simpson, and one sister, Judith Simpson. Survivors include three daughters, Nina (Steven) Vargas of Crystal, MN, Briana Simpson of Chicago, and Caitlin Simpson, of Chicago; one granddaughter, Minerva Carmona; four grandsons, Steven Vargas, Jr., Ryan Vargas, Christopher Vargas, and Jacob Vargas; former wife, Sandra (Terry, CFD) Belluomini. Proudly served his country during Vietnam War. Retired from Smurfit Stone Co. Memorial Mass Saturday, August 11, 9:30 a.m. at St. Symphorosa Church, 6135 S. Austin Ave., Chicago.
