Kwiat, 67, July 18, 2019, of the Southeast side of Chicago, originally of the Southwest side of Chicago-Clearing neighborhood; survived by his children, Leah (Zennon McNeill) Werner, Aaron (Rocio) Werner and Nathaniel (Leslie) Werner; grandchildren, Cayden, Olivia and Julia McNeill, Guiomar and Amani Werner; brothers, John J. (Lori)Kwiat, Jr., Mark (Kathy) Kwiat; sisters, Marianne (Alan) Neniskis and Maureen Kwiat-Meshenberg; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, John J. and Ruth A. Wilk Kwiat.
