Inez Marie Vitale, nee Sollis, 91, of O’Fallon, IL, born September 20, 1927 in Tilden, IL, passed away at her home on Saturday, April 27, 2019.

Inez was a member of O’Fallon United Methodist Church, a member of Order of the Eastern Star O.E.S, and the O’Fallon Senior Citizens Club. She was always keeping herself busy whether it be sewing, drawing, painting, bowling, or baking one of her delicious pies. Some would consider her a late bloomer because she received her driver’s license at the age of 50. She had a huge heart and loved her family very much. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Inez was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Cecelia Sollis, nee Kiefer; husband, Max Vitale; and three brothers.

Surviving are three children, Anna Vitale (Larry Fink) of O’Fallon, IL, Mary Beth Vitale (Russ Rollins) of Washington, and Sandra (Robert) Rottluff of Belleville, IL; and grandchildren, Jeffrey Rottluff and Celeste Rollins.

Private Graveside Services will be held at O’Fallon City Cemetery.
