Louis Casey, 77, of O’Fallon, IL, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019.

Louis was born on March 9, 1942 in Shreveport, LA. He was a member of Faith Family Church and a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Louis was preceded in death by his mother, Louise Cox, nee Casey.

Surviving are his wife, Matilda Casey, nee Gordon of O’Fallon, IL; children, Santa and Michael Watts of Centreville, IL, Michael and Wendy Gordon of Belleville, IL, Beverly and Don Coleman of Belleville, IL, Tammy Baldwin of O’Fallon, IL, Pierre D. and Lekita Casey of Belleville, IL, Kenyetta Gaines of Lebanon, IL, and Kipchoge K. and Adrienne Casey of St. Louis, MO; siblings, Bernice Shaw of Florida, Wilburn Casey of Louisiana, and Wilford Cox of California. Louis is also survived by his 18 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and godchildren.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Schildknecht Funeral Home, 301 South Lincoln Avenue, O’Fallon, IL 62269.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 14, 2019 at the funeral home.

Interment will be held following the funeral service at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, with full military honors 2900 Sheridan Road, St. Louis, MO 63125.
