Carol P. Poulsen, nee Gray, age 76, beloved wife of the late Paul C. Poulsen. Loving mother of Mari (Geoff) Keegan, Pat (Matt) Grimm, Theresa Poulsen, Sandra (Bob) Lask and the late Christine Poulsen. Cherished grandmother of Robert, Tommy and Geoffrey Keegan; Emily and Ashley Grimm and Kelly (Drew) Williams; Amanda, Jacob and Nicholas Lask. Dearest great-grandmother of Eleanor Christine. Dear sister of Mary Ann Cobb and the late Donald, William and David Gray. Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Family was very dear to Carol. She loved to travel--especially to national parks. Carol was an avid gardener. Cooking was a form of art to her and she passed that on to her children and grandchildren. She lovingly served others through volunteer work. She was so appreciative of God's marvelous gifts to all of us. Carol lived life to the fullest and walked all her days in faith. She was a life-long patron of the arts.
