David F. Alm, age 69, beloved husband for 43 years to Johann, nee Thoney. Loving Father of Eric (Katherine) Alm and Karin (Sri) Alm. Cherished grandfather of Kai. Dear brother of Charles (Helen), Dale (Esther), Claudette Alm, and the late Larry (late Lila) Alm. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Retired from Illinois Bell. David was an active member of Christ Lutheran Church and the McCord Gallery and Cultural Center of Palos Park. He was also president of the Palos Orland Conservation Committee. Lying in State Thursday, March 3, 2011 from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 14700 S. 94th Ave., Orland Park, IL 60462.
