Eric Andrew Petraitis, PFC Combat Medic Specialist, U.S. Army, age 26, passed away suddenly on March 20, 2017 at Ft. Campbell, KY Army Base. Beloved son of Carol (nee Johnson) and Paul Petraitis. Loving brother of Adam. Cherished grandson of Sharon and the late Leonard Petraitis and the late Shirley and Bruce Johnson.
