<p>James E. "Jim" Baldi, age 71, suddenly went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 23, 2020 from a heart attack. Beloved husband for 32 years to Kathryn "Kitty" Baldi, nee Jeter. Loving father of James M. Baldi, Ryan Baldi and the late baby Joseph Anthony Baldi. Devoted son of Elizbeth "Betty" (nee Peace) and the late James P. Baldi. Dear brother of Marian (Roy) Strassner and Michael (Angie) Seroni. Dearest uncle of many nieces and nephews. </p><p><br></p><p>Jim was a manager at Walgreens for 18 years, and a residential real estate appraiser for Coldwell Banker. He was an avid Cubs fan. Jim enjoyed volunteering for PLOWS delivering meals to homebound seniors and a faithful usher at his church. He was a friend to all and will be missed greatly. </p><p><br></p><p>Due to the unfortunate circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and for the safety of the family and community, a private Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Colonial Chapel. While this service is limited to Jim's immediate family, a live-stream will be available.
