James D. Brennan

James "Jim" Davis Brennan, age 70, U.S. Army Veteran, of New Lenox Illinois. Beloved husband for 37 years to Diane, nee Whiteside. Loving father of Robert (Michelle) Brown, Laura Brennan and James R. Brennan. Cherished grandfather of eight. Preceded in death by his two brothers Thomas and Dennis. Dearest uncle of 12 nieces and nephews. Distinguished union carpenter. In addition to his accomplishments as a proud family man and skilled tradesman, Jim spent his time pursuing many passions. He was a dedicated coach to several youth sports teams and restored numerous American vintage cars, most notably his prized '57 Chevy Bel Air. Jim also devoted time to care for many dogs throughout his life, most recently his golden retriever Gus. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
