Willard W. "Will" Rubach, age 71, beloved husband for 50 years to Ellie, nee Fehrman. Loving father of Laura (Scott) Evans and Tracey Rubach. Cherished grandfather of Jackson and Tyler. Dearest brother of Ken (Lori) Rubach. Fond brother-in-law of Joan (Dale) Olsen. Dear uncle of Ken (Kelly) Rubach, David (Lilly) Olsen, Pam (Pete) Dudek. He will also be missed by his many friends. Retired from Sears after 37 years as an HVAC technician. Will was avid golfer. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Tinley Park for 45 years where he served on numerous boards. Recently served on the B&G Committee at the Carillon Lakes Community. Visitation Friday, January 23, 2015 from 3-9 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Lying in State Saturday, January 24, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church, 24024 W. Main Street, Plainfield, IL 60544. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Peace Lutheran Church or Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Cure (Lustgarten.org) appreciated.
