Richard Joseph Davidson

Richard Joseph Davidson, age 50, of Madison, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017 at the Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, Indiana. Born February 5, 1967 in Huntington, New York, he was the son of Donald R. and Yoko Kihara Davidson. Mr. Davidson was a 1985 graduate of Vista High School in Vista, California. He moved to Madison in 1999 with his family, and worked in the restaurant industry as a host and cashier. He attended Calvary Baptist Church, and enjoyed his collection of music (especially Rock music) and Star Wars collectibles. He also played the guitar. He will be sadly missed by his father and step-mother, Don and Michelle Davidson of Dupont, Indiana; one brother, Robert Davidson of Madison; and several aunts, uncles, step-brothers, step-sisters, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother on December 2, 1998. Friends and family may call at Lytle Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Vail Chapel, 117 Holt Drive, Madison, from 5 to 7 PM Thursday, March 23, 2017. Services and Interment will be private in Springdale Cemetery. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association, or the Richard Davidson Memorial Fund, in care of the funeral home. Contributions may be made at any of the Lytle Funeral Homes & Cremation Service locations.
