Jacqueline L. Donaldson, age 59 passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at the Daviess Community Hospital. She was born July 28, 1955, the daughter of Lewis and Margaret (Smith) Applen. She married Ronald W Donaldson in April of 1979 and he survives, also surviving is one son, Ronald Donaldson of Indianapolis, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, she is the last of her family.
