Mary married Clifford “Lee” Main on June 20, 1944, in Manchester; he later died on December 5, 2007. She worked at Collins Radio, Killian’s Department Store and Iowa-Illinois Gas. The couple raised their family and farmed. She was a very active member of Zion Presbyterian Church in Coggon where she was a member of ZPW. The couple attended the Cedar Rapids Kernels baseball games and was active with the team, and they enjoyed going on bus tour trips. Most of all she loved her family and all the activities her grandchildren were involved in.
